Learning keyboard from imported MIDI files

Firstly I hope that this thread is in the correct forum so apologies if it isn't.

I have a MIDI file of a song that I want to try and learn on the piano. Is there any program that would import this file and then show me the keys to play on a piano? I did think that maybe garageband would have this feature but I haven't been able to find it or any guides online.
