Lease help g5

Hi guys so here is the deal, i opened up my 1.6ghz g5 because i installed some more ram, so i saw the inside was kinda dusty so i blew some canned air to cleared the dust, when i got everything put together i turned on the computer and i the screen i just black and the fans just keep running faster and faster and it did not make the chime noise like when its rebooting.. so i changed my video card and still nothing... any suggestions?????? and i tried starting it with out the new stick of 512 ram

First, you need to install G5 RAM in pairs, so your single 512MB isn't going to work. Did you move any of the factory RAM around?
Did you reinstall the clear plastic panel when you closed the computer?

i did move stuff around but i have it all paired up now and the plastic cover is on. and the light in the front just keeps blinking.
