Hello,

I would like to buy a case for my iPhone 6. I am wondering if it would be better to purchase a silicone or a leather case.

I am interested in the safeguarding of the phone in case of fall and in the possibility to clean the case once in a while and of course in its durability.

Besides, I am asking if together with the case I also need to purchase a screen protector or if it is redundant.

Thanks. Daniele

I think a silicone case would provide better protection, because it has some "give" versus leather. You don't need a screen protector - it is more about protecting from scratches, not to protect against dropping. I use a screen protector to reduce fingerprints myself.

Leather is much classier and will not stick when going into pocket or collect dust. Just got black apple leather for my plus and it is sweet looking on the space grey and very thin.
