Hey, bought leather wallet last week. Overtime this has happened. I am not rough on the wallet or anything. Would apple honor this under warranty?

Jeez thats not good. Do you carry the phone and wallet n your pocket. I wonder if its jeans rubbing the leather away. Yeah they will definitely accept that as a return

I’d return/exchange it. I personally don’t trust those wallets to stay on the iPhone. If someone puts their iPhone in their pocket but the wallet detached and falls to the ground and you proceed to walk away.... too risky, IMO.

Wow, if it looks like that after a week, I'd return it and not look back. Leather iPhone cases don't wear like that, or at least they haven't. I wonder if the leather cases for the iPhone 12 models will wear the same way?

I think I’d be getting my money back in that rather than a replacement. Even the roughest jeans pocket shouldn’t be wearing away the leather like that. It looks way too thin to me.

They better not. I’ll be returning mine instantly if it looks like that within 2 weeks!

To be fair leather can wear that much in 1 hour if you want to. Solvents & water will always ruin it. Not saying that’s the case here. But just a regular thing with any leather.
