I think the title pretty much explains it all. I'm wondering if there's any harm that would come from leaving the power adapter plugged in all the time, but without the MacBook connected some of the time. I'm a college student, and with the way I have my desk set up, I can't really take the power adapter with me everywhere I go. So yeah, I was wondering if there was any harm that would come from it. Thanks guys :)

^ Poster above me is right. All AC chargers still use electricity if plugged in to the socket, even if there isn't anything plugged in to the other end. If you're a hippie it'd be a good thing to unplug it when you're not using it

haha alright cool thanks guys :) I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't fry any fuses or anything. Cause that would be a bad deal haha
