LED Cinema Display 27 with 2020 i3?

HiHi, I have existing LED Cinema Display and wonderful if I can use it with 2020 Mac mini by connecting uptab usb-c to mini display port?

Also, I plan to use mini for zoom, web browsing, keynote, iMovie. Do you think i3 would be enough? I plan to use this while I’m at home but my fav device is still iPad Pro 2018. Do you think i3 will last me for a few years?

Are you happy with the stock basic mini for your use? Thinking about getting one as well, but my (work windows) laptop always gets so loud and hot using zoom with its i5, maybe the mini i3 would be overworked. Apart from that I only use office type apps.
