Hey guys.
I own a LED Cinema Display from 2011 I think. (Model previous to Thunderbolt display).

It works great and all, but has this tiny issue I'm a little concerned about.

Doesn't happen always, just sometimes. When I turn the screen off (S.hift+Control+eject on my keyboard) a little barely audible kind of beep comes out of the screen.

First time I noticed this I couldn't even tell where it was coming from until I thought about the screen. I got close to it and started to listen and found out it was coming out of here. (look attached image)

I'm not 100% sure it comes from the speaker zone, it seems like a mix between that and behind.

The noise goes away after some minutes and I can only hear it if everything's completely quiet, but still… annoys me a little bit.

Does anybody have any idea what it might be? Anyone else has experienced the same?

I've thought it might be some dust in a fan making that noise, but then I can't figure out why it only sounds when I turn it off, never while it's on.

Thanks!
