LED flash for notification wont hold ..

Hey guys, I just upgraded my Iphone 4 to IOS5.. I turn on the LED to notify me and it works for a few times then after a while it stops working... If I reset the phone it works again for a few times then stops again! Am i missing something? Anyone else have this issue, if so is there a fix? Thanks!
