LED leak..

So, my early 09 mbp, has been having the leaks i guess? it's showing up with the column of lights from the bottom, and i have pictures, but when i close it, and open it back up, it works again..this is the 3rd time this has happened..should i be worried?

Take it to the Apple store, or call apple care, they will fix it for free (if under warranty).
