LED notifications

Are you activated for this service in your settings? How effective is it to you when almost naturally every time the phone is on its back thereby concealing the LED when it flashes?

If the phone is on its back its not effective at all

The use for this feature was designed for the hearing impaired. Hence why under the accessibility. It allows the hearing impaired have two ways of seeing notifications and is used because the LED flash is much more of an eye grabber than the screen.
