Left channel not working with AirPods Pro and MBP 14"

Is anyone else having trouble with APP and their new MBP?

Since a recent FW update to the APP, the left channel will not play when connected to my 14" MBP. And, if I insert only the left AirPod in my ear it will play but when I then put the right AirPod in, the left channel cuts out... Have reconnected, repaired, rebooted etc. No joy.

They still work fine with iOS devices.

same thing happened with my APP on my MBP14. I checked the sound settings on the MBP14 and noticed the L/R balance was all the way to the L. I def didn’t adjust this manually so it must have happened during an update or similar.
it could be worth checking this out if you haven’t already…

Wow. That was it. Thanks much. Had to hard to believe I didn't check that first. But like you, I sure didn't change the balance...
