Left handed cursor?

I have my mouse set for left handed use. However, the cursor is bugging me. Is there any way to reverse the cursor in Snow Leopard?

If you mean the actual arrow icon of the cursor, then not by conventional means.

You could open the cursor image and reverse it and install it according to this MR archived post,

Only seeing links to Mighty Mouse which is SL incompatible, not the file location of the cursor.

Also, I'm 99.9% sure that this is impossible, but can the scrollbars be moved to the left as well?
