Hi Guys just bought my new MacBook Pro 13", the best choice i ever made.

No regrets about leaving Windows!!!!! :D

YEah, it's like yesterday you weighed 400 pounds and today you weigh 105.

Getting rid of Windows will do that! :D

Wouldn't we all like to leave Windows forever...but unfortunately, there will be times where there's that one task or job that will pull you back to Windows.:(

Well, since you asked... :D

Not really. There are plenty of things I prefer about Windows. I am much happier when I have access to both operating systems than when I was Windows only and when I was Mac only. And Windows 7 looks rather snappy. It all comes down to personal preference. I am somewhat indifferent, especially when I can make my own system and choose hardware vendors that actually write good Windows drivers.

Five years ago I made the switch to Mac. I run my business on Mac now.

The only thing that pulled me back to Windows was my hobby - Amateur Radio - almost all of the software was Windows and damn near all the hardware was Serial Interface RS-232 controlled.

Well as time went on more and more " Ham Radio " software came along for Macs and I now have a Express Card 34 to RS 232 adapter. The time is close when even Ham Radio won't pull me back.

I'd like to thank those in Europe who created much of the Mac " Ham Radio " software I am using at the moment!!!!!!

Microsoft Windows is a disease, it's tough to sure .... but if I can cure it, anyone can!

I prefer using Mac most of the times, but I have no problem using Windows 7 and its certainly no disease. Lets quit the Windows bashing, its getting quite old.

Love to read posts like this.

I could really lay my story on rather thickly to you because
Mac has really changed my life, but I will give you the less
syrupy version....

I was an avid PC user since the early 90s. Hardcore.

It wasn't until 3-4 years ago when I bought my last custom
built PC from a reputable company and it kept crashing on
me for months on end that someone whispered "Mac" in my ear.

It was a scary choice to go Macintosh. All my life as a PC
user it was one of those words that was considered evil. You
were taught that Macs were "too expensive," "too cumbersome
to use," and that it belonged to a group of "snobs."

I was petrified the day my Mac Pro arrived. I turned it on,
looked at it, and wondered what the hell I was going to do next.

Within two days I knew I made the best purchase choice of
my life. Within a month I bought a Macbook and an iPod.
I was a totally addicted to Mac and ever since I never looked
back to Windows.

Everything just works better on a Mac and without crashes
or registry problems.
