Hi friends,
Do any sites have archived benchmarks for legacy MacBooks that are measured in a way I could compare them to current models?
I have a 2006 MacBook Pro and am planning to upgrade later this month to a new MacBook. I'm deciding between an Air and a Pro and have found many benchmarks comparing the two current models. However, I want to see how they stack up to my old MacBook and how much of a difference there is between the Air/Pro compared to the difference from my current machine.
Are GeekBench scores, etc. still weighted the same way as they were in 2006? Could I just pull up an old article from 2006 and use those scores as an actual gage?
Thanks for any insight!
