Legal to Resell Final Cut Studio?

Hey guys, quick question for you.

I Purchased Final Cut Studio HD a couple of years ago, as I thought I was going to film school. I never ended up going, and I could now really use the money.

I'm just wondering if it's okay to resell? As long as I don't have any copies, or keep any serial numbers or anything?
