legal warranty of 2 years or only 1 year ?

Hi there,

I am based in Belgium where legal warranty should be 2 years.
Though I had to bring my MAcbook Pro 13" 2018 fir a keyboard repair (which will be covered by the reall program), but the repair center initial paper mentions 1 year warranty ...

This is really confusing ... they mention 1 year, though legal warranty in BE is 2 years, and the lady I had on the phone from Apple when opening the case told me it was even 3 years because I bought the Mac in a Mac Center in Brussels ...

My suggestion would be to go to a repair center that will honor the warranty. Or contact Apple and get them to give you a repair center that will do the work under the warranty.
