I'd say its fake. That's because if they are "brand new and sealed in the box," how could he get 1.25GB RAM in there. They only offer 1GB and 2GB. Also, there are no pictures of the box even. All stock pictures from apple.

It also says it's preloaded with CS 2 and Office, are these preinstalled by Apple? I thought you could buy them from Apple.com, but would have to install yourself.

Another vote for bogus.

Fake for sure. When evaluating if an auction is real or fake, look at their feedback profile. This user has 9 feedback, 100% of which with positive ratings, but you can look and see what items those are for. They are all for $0.01 auctions.

Send him a mesage to see whee abouts he is and if you could pick it up. If he says no pick up, it is definately fake. As well as this, the site looks pathetic which sometimes means that it is fake.

I cannot believe people are actually asking if these are legit?

Rich.

Yeah, me too. But I'd rather have someone ask me some painfully obvious questions and not get ripped off rather than him not asking at all and losing a lot of money.

That was my thought. However, I saw one already sold, so I just wanted to be extra sure and see what everyone else thought.

Wow it is even cheaper than a PB...

Too good to be true, next you know you will need to pay using western union, but keep your password secret until you've received the goods!
