Leica D-Lux 3 and Aperture

Maybe you guys can help educate me.
I am trying to understand why Leica D-Lux 3 RAW support hasn't been added to Aperture (despite the recent 10.4.9 update where they added a bunch of cameras).

The Leica D-Lux 3 has been introduces last September and still no support in March? Who dropped the ball here?

Is Leica not providing the help to Apple they need or does Apple not care about the D-Lux 3 useres?
In a nutshell, I am trying to find out who to complain to ;-)
