Leica video transfer

Forgive me if this topic has already been covered! I'm a total newb when it comes to video and I've been trying to transfer video files from my Leica DLUX-5 to my imac but can't get them to transfer. Does anyone have any ideas? Pictures transfer fine but video files don't even show up. Thanks in advance.
