LEM Swap?

Has anyone ever used the LowEndMac Swap? I am currently discussing a transaction with someone, but am kind of afraid about getting scammed.

Are there any secure ways to send money for a computer besides Paypal, COD, or Bank Check? As of right now I am thinking about getting a bank check, and then sending it UPS, with Signature Required.

What do you guys/girls think?

I would use Paypal to be completely honest with you, if something goes wrong, you can contact their security center and they will work with you to resolve any issues that you might run into.

That was what i was going to do that first. The guy has 100% feedback with 130 reviews on eBay, and has ten positive reviews on LEM Swaps feedback page; so it sounds like it would be a legit transaction.

But, yeah it would be safer to use Paypal. I just don't want the fees.

You can find parts, for Apple computers, and other stuff which other Mac users either want to sell; or trade. Plus other Apple related info.

Right. I don't want to do a trade; i don't think i would be comfortable doing that type of thing over the net anyways.
