Lemon law on cars

okay so i got this brand new volvo s40 2006.
This time last year it has been in and out of the shop 4 times for the same thing. The clutch is making this little squeaking noise. Also the service guy told me there are 4 other cars with the same problem. What is the law about returning the vehicle. I dont know the exact lemon law. I live in las vegas nevada. If anyone knows anything i would appreciate the help.

There's a good chance that it's just your Volvo service shop being incompetent. People here seem to have had the same problem, and had it fixed:

As a rule of thumb, lemons have to generally be complete and utter piles of crap for the government to do anything about it. A clutch squeak probably would not fall into this category, especially if you are otherwise satisfied with your S40.
