Lens cleaning wipes?

So lately I have become obsessed/concerned with finding a very good product to clean my Mac, and I was wondering if anyone has tried or uses these wipes? Some of them come pre-moistened and when I looked them up, apparently they are moistened with an isopropyl alcohol solution.

I have Microfibers and water but I would like to know if anyone has had success with these?

I use Radtec's OmniCleanz because some hospitals use it to clean operating room screens.

Do they work well?

I'm concerned about some because of the alcohol in them - I hear from some people that it is a good thing and other that it is a bad thing.

Anyone else?
