I have the exact same thing with my pro max. Green dot. I guess it’s a feature? Lol. I’d like to hear from others to see if it’s a potential exchange situation

take a shot of a white piece of paper, if it shows up there, take it into apple, make sure you have nothing on the outside of your lens

It’s normal internal light reflection inside the lens. All cams, especially cp cams do it to some extent or other.

It‘s normal and has been there on every single iPhone for a while. The camera module is very tiny, so it’s a side effect produced by the reflection between these tiny lens elements.
