I currently own the 2.1 GHz iMac G5. I read in a MacWorld issue that Leopard might actually run slower on my machine do to something wierd with the 64 bit processing, sending memory, and dealing with the L1 and L2 caches. Will Leopard be ok for my machine? Thanks!

Leopard Should Be Great For All G5 Macs

I would be very surprised if they weren't describing a bug in the beta that will be fixed by release. Given that the G5 is the last of the PPC processors and that it's a 64-bit processor as well, it should run better than it does now under Tiger.
