Well, I went to buy it in the local Yodobashi Camera store in a surburb of Tokyo... they had quite a lot!
Works great... Safari seems snappier

Got mine yesterday. Got the family pack, 2 upgrades (Mini & Macbook) and an Archive & Install (Mini). Seems to be working ok. Seems to be rather a lot of form over function going on which is irrititating, but I guess that's them answering Vista.
