Leopard Disk Utility crashes constantly - HELP !!!

Hi folks,

whenever I try to run Disk Utility, it takes forever to load. After loading I see the following screen and I am not able to execute any command.

Any ideas?

Have you tried copying Disk Utility.app back off a backup/time machine/install DVD/PM me.

However it still does not work - grrr....
