Leopard Dock Transparent?

Hey,

My dad's dock is 100% transparent with the desktop background. Because of this weird transparency issue, the "text" on the stack labels don't show either. How do you change this transparency issue?? He has he hasn't done anything... but I don't know what's going on.

Its a glitch that should get fixed, just restart...
