Leopard does not start up

Please help, my Intel based Mac Pro doesnt start up, and it shows this:

Does anyone knows what it means or how to fix it?

Thank you in advance.
 
Disk Utility or fsck ... to repair drive.

Safe Boot to see if it is a non Apple file causing an issue on start.
