Leopard drivers needed for Epson 2480 scanner

Hi,

I have an Epson Perfection 2480 Photo scanner. It's workability with Leopard is strange. Works about 1/3 of the time. I've tried a bunch of things. Wonder if it needs new Leopard specific drivers???

Any thoughts??
