Leopard Firewall issue

hey, i have the leopard firewall set on "set access for specific services and apps" and one of the apps set is Transmission and upon every time i start up my computer and try and use transmission, it ask if i want to allow this to access the net....even though its already on the list as "allow incoming connections"
please help
