leopard from ebay

I am looking to buy a copy of Leopard from a guy on Ebay. He said its from Best Buy......He installed it on his computer and has REMOVED it. Will it work on my mac or are they computer specific, though removed

Retail copies are universal - they will work on any mac.

Although, I'm always leery of buying software licenses from ebay; you never know if they were truly removed or not.

I bought a family pack still sealed on there pretty cheap too, regardless even if it is open the person in possession of the retail disk is the one entitled to use it.
