Leopard - HUGE ERROR!

DURING INSTALLATION:

Select a Destination
Where would you like to install Mac OS X?

The computer never found a drive to install it on to.
It is a 17-inch iMac with a deleted Utilities Folder.
Disk Utility is no longer on the computer. (It is a Utility Application)
The iMac is running Tiger 10.4.11 - The DVDs can not be found.

What do I do besides eventually calling a Mac help store nearby my house?

Forget That!

A Disk Was Found when I tried to Quit Mac OS X Installer.
I was to choose a Startup Disk. It Found Mac OS X 10.4.11
Then I went back to Select A Destination and BOOM!

All Things Are Normal As Of Now-

I'm Doing a COMPLETE SWEEP of the Hard Drive
Erasing all Data and Information to assure that I don't have any more problems!
