I went to the Apple Store this Friday with a friend who was buying a new MBP. They told him that Leopard wasn't loaded on it, but there would be a drop in disc inside. Well, we got it back to his place and unpacked it, no Leopard drop in. Then I looked more closely at the system discs and the said OS 10.5. So we started it up and sure enough, Leopard. I just thought I'd mention it since some people here were wondering about Leopard being pre-loaded.

Hee hee! OK. I just kept seeing posts about people wondering about it.

Nah, it's good for those who haven't seen it, but I just assumed people knew because of all the "I bought a new mac and so-and-so app doesn't work in leopard" threads that seem were started by people who wouldn't know what to do with the disks.

But now after that run on sentence, I see your point.:)
