Leopard: multi-language?

While I wasn't able to find a comparable post, I'm just making a new one.
Off course, It's about Leopard.
The thing is: I'm going to New York for a couple of days (I live in the Netherlands) by the end of this month. I'm planning to buy Leopard there, because it'll be much cheaper (due to the abnormal exchange rates). Will the version from the US also have the Dutch language? Would it make a difference if was to buy it in the US, or just over here, next to the prices?
