leopard not recognizing partition

i have tiger and leopard installed on different internal HDs. leopard isn't recognizing the partion on a 3rd hard drive where i keep my windows virtual box for use with VPC, why not? i sometimes use it to throw extra junk on there like a temporary housing but leopard jus won't see it all.
