Leopard on a new Mac. Cheaper?

I am not sure if this is true or not.
But something tells me that it is possible to buy Leopard cheaper, if you have bought your Mac recently.
Because of you already have used money on the old one when you bought your Mac
Can any one confirm this?

Its called the Up-to-date program. $9.95 for Leopard.

It's called the Leopard Up-To-Date program.

I purchased my macbook on 7th Oct. I got Leopard this morning at a cost of £5.95. I think the offer runs from 1st Oct to 28th Dec ... I think.

Some people have been successful with Macs purchased as far back as August. Give it try.
