Leopard on G4 Powerbook 1 GHz(512)?

Hi All,

I want to put Leopard on my G4 1 GHz Powerbook with 512 mb of RAM. It is currently running Panther quite nicely. Will Leopard just totally kill it and make it drag? I know technically I can put Leopard on it, but this is a case of "could" vs. "should". Has anyone tried Leopard on its low-end of system requirements for computers?

While it isn't a direct comparison, Leopard runs great on my G4 1.5ghz with 512 megs of RAM. I think its snappier than Tiger after a clean install. Maybe that will help your decision.
