I apologise now is this has already been brought up (like a McDonalds Happy Meal at a bulimia clinic) but I've only had my new 24" Alu Mac a few days and already feeling a bit nauseous ...:(

Ok ... I have used eBay for years and had no probs uploading pics on the Sell pages of eBay. But tonight I went to upload various sized images (jpgs) and each and every time you get the Uploading Photo message... the wheel spins.. and er.. thats it.

About half the picture appears in the preview box on the eBay page but its no good ... eBay demands you upload a photo .. you can leave it uploading for about half an hour .. but nothing is successfully uploaded.

Scouring round a few message boards I can see this is not a unique problem and seems Leopard-prone. This is not good. And worst of all ... there seems to be no solution other than to use third party photohosting sites or ...erm .. FireFox ... thats a bit extreme, readers.

I think its either use the missus' laptop PC or get VMWare Fusion and use Windows XP. ... kinda kills the point of getting a Mac, dunnit?.,

I could also whinge on about the fact my Fuji FinePix Z10FD digital camera is not recognised by my machine either - but was on the crappy old PC ... but thats another topic, viewers!.

Anyway - ANY suggestions re the eBay upload bug gratefully received!.

Cheers aye!

Bruce
