Leopard server "ACK Sent <no hostname>" error

I'm getting this error, I'm thinking it's DHCP related. I'm doing some NetBoot testing. My Xserve is off the local network connected to an isolated switch. I'm connecting my desktop/laptop systems to that switch. I can ping the server fine, but can't NetBoot without this error:

Enabled services: DHCP, DNS, NetBoot, NFS, AFP, SMB

Any suggestions or things to check?
