Leopard stacks question

I really liked the new stack feature of Leopard. I can see myself using this to pick and browse current projects I am working on. But I was wondering if anybody knows if I will be able to actually do that: Stack a bunch of folders in the dock, for easy access to them? Or does this only work with files like pictures, music etc?

You can't make stacks of folders (AFAIK) but you can have stacks of just about anything else. I've only seen demonstrations with applications, pictures and other files. I do see where having a Stacks of folders would be useful as a shortcut. I hope this works.
