Hi,
i'm having some trouble using network shares on my network. I have two Airport Express set up in a WDS network. They don't distribute IPs, instead they're set up to bridge to my router.
The problem is, that I can only access network shares that are available on the same Airport Express me. I cannot access other computers shares/itunes shares when they are connected to the other Airport Express for some reason?! Anybody have any idea what is going on or have tried it? I was hoping this issue would be fixed in Leopard, but it seems to continue.
At first i suspected it to be Bonjour (since iTunes shares didn't work) that had trouble coping with the multiple Airports, but now i really don't know what it is, when regular OS X network shares (AFP shares?) doesn't work..
Also, the speed of the Airport Express (the version just before the n-draft was introduced) is painfully slow whenever the computers are connected on the same Airport - could changing the multicast setting have any effect on this, or are there som tweak options in OS X that might help me?
Regards,
Rune
btw, firmware of the airport is 6.3, so it's up to date - basically all computers on the network uses the latest updates.
