Leopard to Snow Leopard Question

I have a Mac Mini with Leopard. I, also, purchased a MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard. Thus, I have all the discs for Snow Leopard that comes with purchasing a new MacBook Pro. With these discs, is it possible for me to upgrade my Mac Mini Leopard to Snow Leopard?

My ultimate goal is to get to Lion, via Snow Leopard. This is why I ask. Thank you for all the help in advance.

No, unfortunately the MacBook Pro disks will not work with the Mini, all of the restore disks are model-specific.

Then I need an Installer Disc....which I didn't make prior to installing Lion on my MBP. Know where I can get a copy of this?
