Leopard to Snow Leopard

I have a Macbook in which i bought around november 2008. I recently upgraded to Mac Os x 10.5.8 and want to upgrade to Snow Leopard. I got the torrent download but it's just to slow for my connection. I did get the ILIFE11 and it won't let me install unless i have Snow Leopard.

Anybody know an easier way to get Snow Leopard? I really just want to upgrade my Ilife stuff. That's why i would get the Snow.
