I had installed Leopard on my wife's iMac core Duo and it was the ONLY successful upgrade in our family.
She did a software update today and after an hour was stuck with a spinning wheel and was forced to power-off.
Now, when the imac starts, she is being taken to the first setup screen as if it has been installed for the very first time. I am given an option to start fresh or import from a time machine or from another mac.
I am furious about this. Leopard has been nothing but trouble for me. I had BSOD situation with my dual g5, powerbook g4 and not my wife's imac is ruined.
Any suggestions?
