Hello Friends
OS X Leopard version 10.5.8 has problems with PhotoshopCS4 since one closes inexplicably a few minutes after having been an open sea. This problem has increased now, since in the past this happened sporadically when an image was worked with several layers.
In other G4 PowerPC (iBook and eMac) this problem does not happen in spite of having less Ram memory.
On having entered the 'photoshop/preferences/performance,' I could not have deactivated the eyelash 'GPU settings' to solve, believed that it is due to the fact that CS4 does not support the card GeForce4 MX. And in the official Webpage of Nvidia there is not drivers for Mac.

I already corrected permissions with DiskUtilty,
I cleaned cache with Cocktail,
also with Applejack.
Uninstall the Suite CS4
I used 'Mac CS4 Cleanup Utility'
I reinstalled the Suite CS4: InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Bridge.
They all work except Photoshop.
Ah also I did reset PRAM.

Start iMac in SafeBoot ¡Run perfect!.
Photoshop work fine (open big file CMYK with many, many layers).

It is clear that if works well in SafeBoot, must be an incompatibility with software of third parties,

Where it can be the conflict?
