Leopards Mail 3.0 with stationary enabled does't send attachments!

I found out today that Leopard's mail will not send attachments, other than images.
I made custom stationary for my company, but now i cannot use it if i want to attach word documents or other non-image stuff.
I hope this will get fixed in 10.5.1.

I've noticed if you forward an email that has attachments (i.e. Doc) it doesn't send the attachments.
