Leopard's Multi-Task Ability

Hi

This is my first post so apologese if this has been covered elsewhere, but I am soon to purchase a Macbook (the 2.1ghz white one, not the "new" new one) and was wondering will Leopard run fine with 2GB of RAM, or is it worth spending the extra £150/$240 on 4gb of RAM?

My uses will be no more than playing movies, using itunes, multiple web page browsing and a few internet applications. Definitely no games. I have Vista on my current 2GB RAM/1.5ghz Dell laptop and it takes forever to open or run anything!

Will 2GB of RAM be ok for Leopard? (I dont know a great deal about computers)

For what you plan to do, 2GB of RAM will be sufficient.

If you had Windows XP on your Dell, it would run fine with 2GB. Check to see if you are eligible for the Free downgrade to XP.
2GB on Leopard will do you well.
