I have had no known Safari issues prior to loading Leopard yesterday.
In loading web pages with Safari (v3.0.4), the progress bar will jump out an inch or two and then hang for long, long time (way to long - minutes). It is erratic in it it is not consistent all the time or with all web pages. But if I had to guess, I'd say once it hangs loading one page, it carries over to others.
I have emptied my cache - no change.
I do not have this problem running Firefox on the same iMac w/ Leopard.
All my computers connect wireless to the router with Cox Comm as my ISP.
My iPhone loads web pages faster then Safari v3.0.4 on my iMac.
My older iMac running Tiger and Safari v2 doesn't have this problem.
My Dell laptop running Windows XP and using Firefox doesn't have this problem.
I've seen similar posts but either w/ no solution or issues no matter what browser.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
