I presently wear a type of hard contact lenses called Scleral Lenses. When I purchase my AVP, I was well aware that the contacts might work or might not. They aren't standard hard lenses after all which Apple identifies may not work in their support documents.

Since getting the AVP, I have personally found that the eye tracking features are close, but not quite spot on with the contacts. I was able to confirm this when turning on Pointer Control in Accessibility. Tracking is off by around half an inch, which causes it to be difficult to navigate on the device. I've also tried re-aligning the eye tracking setup and this resolves the issue for about 30-45 minutes before it returns.

I also know that I am not alone in this experience, but I wanted to get a sense from other folks what your experience has been and whether your AVP works with your various contacts.

So, let's chat about it! What has your experience been?
