My battery seems to be getting noticebly worse and worse every week. Charges are lasting less and less, resulting in the need to charge more frequently, at an ever increasing rate. I'm wondering about others.

What MBP do you have? What is your cycle count? What is your full charge capacity (mAh)? How long have you had/used your MBP?

FYI, it's normal for battery to be getting worse. It will never get better. Given that your battery is 4 years old, it's time to change the battery. Note that it is likely that it will be swollen too.
